NAI Global, the world’s largest, most powerful network of owner-operated commercial real estate firms, is proud to announce that a total of 204 of its Member firms and individual brokers received honors in this year’s CoStar Power Broker Awards. Of the 204 honorees, 89 Member firms were designated Top Sales Firms and Top Leasing Firms, while 115 individuals from Member firms received honors in the Top Leasing Brokers for Industrial, Office and Retail categories, and the Top Sales Brokers category.

CoStar conducts expansive, ongoing research to produce and maintain the largest and most comprehensive database of commercial real estate information. At the end of each year, CoStar tallies the total commercial real estate sales and lease transactions that closed during the previous year to determine the winners of the CoStar Power Broker Awards in each market. These awards are presented to both the firms and individuals who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales and leases in their respective markets throughout the year.
